Dan Nelson, ASID President
In a career that spans over 30 years, Dan Nelson is recognized for his unique aesthetic expertise and sophisticated approach to design. After joining the firm in 1991, he was named President in 1992 and purchased the firm outright in 2003.

Since taking the helm at Vision Design, Dan has focused on guiding the firm to new heights in luxury resort and hospitality design, garnering a global clientele and a reputation for excellence.

Leslie McCaslin, RID Senior Designer
Leslie brings to Vision Design a fresh and inventive perspective on the ever-changing hospitality design industry. Leslie joined Vision Design in May, 2005 as Design Associate and became licensed in 2008. At Vision Design, Leslie participates in each stage of the firm’s projects, from concept development to specifications to installation and completion. Leslie has worked side-by-side with the firm's principal and other designers, gaining valuable experience throughout her tenure.

Ms. McCaslin holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Interior Design from the University of North Texas in Denton, Texas and she is an active participant in several industry-related organizations and functions.
